Birdwatching Hosted by Andrew Davies andrewdavies534@btinternet.com is an informal group with a wide range of abilities, from newcomers to the experienced. The group visits sites of interest in the local area such as Paxton House. Sometimes they go further afield, for example Vane Farm. Car-sharing arranged as required taking people to the venues agreed.

During the spring and summer months visits to local gardens are arranged. . A very popular group so places are limited. Lunch/Social Club Hosted by Helen Grahame, 07814 69496. Venues are chosen and the group members select the meal they want from the menus on offer. Transport to the venues includes walking, car-sharing or bus. It is a very popular group and the members have shared some lovely meals together.

Quiz Group Hosted by Netta Rae janet.rae5@btinternet.com. Team quizzing. No "black chair", no pressure, just fun.

Supper Group  Hosted by Carol Scott scott_carole@sky.com. Being a supper group they do actually provide eats. This can range from full blown dinner to simply cheese and biscuits or a salad. It's up to the individuals what they provide. The emphasis of the group is purely social gathering for a chat and good company.
